We need nutrients to generate the cells in our body even to lose weight because, nutrients fuel our metabolic state. Imagine an empty body that is eventually feed unhealthy foods, what do u think is going to be feed?…(dead cells). Healthy cells will not eat bad nutrients therefore; you will be feeding dead cells and the good cells will die off. If you don’t eat, you are staring your organs and the organs will turn on you by nurturing off your muscles because, the muscles are the healthiest… Eating fewer good foods will feed the good cells in your body and your goals will be accomplished.
Strength train 1-2 days a week… being uppers and lowers while, yoga/meditation everyday as well as 1 hour of everyday balancing and strengthening your core by moving something… whether it be dance, spin cycle, battle ropes, walk, run or jump rope. On occasions “whole body train” and stretching on any given moment. I’m no hard body but, I love the inspiration of fitness on any level. Being that my medical report amazes my Dr; so that she has asked me to share my natural ways with her. Knowing my lifestyle, obstacles and vision; I’m happy with that :) You don’t have to be skinny to be healthy nor do you have to be in the gym every hour of fitness. FITNESS is always healthy; other wise it’s just working out. Nutrition is truly the glue that holds it all together xo

To understand why, you have to understand the nature of vitamins and phytonutrients (plant-based nutrients). These are very delicate molecules which are fragile.
